Management Team
The Management Committee (MC) oversees the Institute’s day-to-day operations, including staff appointments and dismissals. It reports to the Governing Board by submitting progress reports, an annual operational plan, and financial statements including audited accounts. The management team is headed by the Executive Director, who also reports directly to the Governing Board.
