A new electronic licensing system will be introduced to manage data for all registered and licensed midwives. This transition requires structured data validation and cleansing to ensure that only accurate, complete, and active records are retained and migrated into the new system. The process is essential for improving data accessibility and supporting planning, regulation, and partner engagement.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong>OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p>This assignment aims to validate and cleanse existing midwifery registration and licensing data from physical and digital sources. The aim is to ensure that only accurate, verified, and current records of practicing midwives are migrated to the new electronic licensing system.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong>SCOPE OF WORK<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p><strong>The assignment will involve the following key tasks:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Review existing physical records and digital data sources.<\/li><li>Identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and outdated records.<\/li><li>Develop and apply a methodology for validating and cleansing the data.<\/li><li>Guide TNMC staff in the validation and cleansing process.<\/li><li>Migrate verified data into the new system.<\/li><li>Conduct system testing and data accuracy validation.<\/li><li>Train TNMC staff on data use and system maintenance<\/li><\/ul><blockquote><p>APPLICATION PROCESS<\/p><\/blockquote><p><strong>Interested parties should submit the following:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Technical proposal with methodology and work plan.<\/li><li>\u00a0Financial proposal.<\/li><li>Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of key personnel and relevant organizational experience.<br \/>All applicants should send their applications and CVs via email addressed to the following:<br \/><strong>Procurement Officer<\/strong>,<br \/>Tanzanian Training Centre for International Health,<br \/>P.
