The Management Committee oversees the Institute’s day-to-day operations as well as the appointment and discharge of its employees. The MC submits quarterly progress reports as well as an annual plan of operation and financial statements, including audited accounts, to the BoGs. The Executive Director leads the management team, which reports to the Board of Governors.
