The Tanzanian Training Centre for International Health (TTCIH) is a Health Training Institution established in 2006 under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between the Ministry of Health, (MoH), the Novartis Foundation and the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH). TTCIH aims at supporting the Tanzanian government’s national health reform policy for strengthening human resource development, through providing quality health training, facilities and services. TTCIH provides a range of courses in health at national and international arena. The Institution is based in Ifakara Town Council, Tanzania.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Hospitality and Welfare Officer will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming, supportive environment for TTCIH community (staff, students, guests, etc). This role involves managing accommodation logistics, coordinating welfare services and supporting internal events, all aimed at enhancing community wellbeing and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Records and Archives Officer will be responsible for managing guest reception for the Executive Director, overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the Executive Director’s office, and preparing professionally formatted documents and memos. The role also includes maintaining organized access to institutional records and ensuring adherence to record-keeping policies and procedure
